Welcome to Good Quality Services LLC (also referred to as “GQS Cleaning,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking our cleaning services, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website and marketing materials. Specific service details will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Missed or late cancellations may result in a fee.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of future services.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the property.

  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service.

  • Inform us of any special cleaning needs or restrictions.

Liability

  • We take great care in providing our services, but we are not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.

  • In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the matter.

  • Good Quality Services LLC (GQS Cleaning) is not liable for items not properly secured or disclosed prior to cleaning.

Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Good Quality Services LLC (GQS Cleaning) regarding your appointments, service updates, and occasional promotions. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions or repeated non-payment.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Good Quality Services LLC (GQS Cleaning) is committed to providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.

  • If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the service could not be completed as agreed.

  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations made without at least 24 hours’ notice or for services already rendered.
